Manos Kumar Barman is an HR professional and MBA student based in Bangladesh. My journey didn't begin in a corporate boardroom or a high-rise office. It started in Dinajpur, where I first learned the value of community and the importance of hard work. Even then, I was fascinated by people—how they communicate, what motivates them, and how individual effort contributes to a larger goal.
When I moved to Dhaka to pursue my BBA at North South University (NSU), that curiosity evolved into a professional calling. At NSU, I wasn't just studying business; I was learning the science of human potential. I realized that while many see "Human Resources" as a department of paperwork, it is actually the engine of any successful enterprise.
My work doesn't end with a signed contract. I am a firm believer in Competency-Based growth. Whether I am collaborating with department heads to draft job descriptions or providing Employee Counseling to resolve workplace concerns, I am always focused on the "Long Game"—creating a culture of excellence and mutual respect.
I am a continuous learner, constantly exploring new trends in Organizational Behavior and Labor Compliance. I don't just want to manage a workforce; I want to be the catalyst that inspires people to bring their best selves to work every single day. My name is Manos Kumar Barman, and I am here to shape the future of talent in Bangladesh.
